Pack With Care

Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all protective padding and hardware, to ensure the product arrives back to us safely.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
